Just a quick update to let you know that we arrived back on Daisy today.
Our visit to Deby was extended somewhat by the need for medical treatment. Hopefully though things are now going in the right direction 🙏.
It does however look as though we may be stranded here in Stoke for a few days longer as the Trent & Mersey is closed from locks 40 to 36 due to a police incident! They are using magnets to search the water so maybe they are looking for a weapon? Who knows! Anyway it will give us chance to relax and enjoy the sun.
